Budak Pantai rocks. They are one of the
most professional,
considerate,
unassuming, down-to-earth performers on this
planet, and I'm so
so glad to be performing with them in their concert! [13 nov] 'In Your Face', at the esplanade! (: The songs we're singing together are
fantastic! (: The only
worrying thing is that I'll have to conduct the choir
and the guitarist at the start of the song, and if I
mess up, I'll just
die straight away. This is
freakily scary.
The rehearsal on tues went
swell. The dinner provided was
really nice, and I
looove the drinks. Fascinating blend, Tropical Sunrise. Tasted as good as it looked. (: And we ate and sang at the
rooftop of ymca! How
cool is that? :b with the city lights to admire and all that.
(Only thing is I can't appreciate city lights.. Can't seem to find anything great about some lights, but never mind..) I love Budak Pantai.
The
netball practice got my muscles all
stretched and painful. Now I can't even climb the stairs without
wincing lol. This is
terrible. And my toe has got a
loose nail!
How am I supposed to play this sat. I really wonder. Never mind. I shall just
concentrate on getting my muscles working again. And I shall
keep shooting those netballs into those
dumb hoops till I get
at least two-thirds of the shots
in lol. Currently I think I can shoot as well as I can
fly lol. How
awful. Whatever it is, I think huanie rocks at shooting.
Way to go! (: Mock competition- I shot the first shot in, she the second, and we
messed up didn't manage the subsequent ones but
whatever. Will try harder.
Today I got back some exam papers. I
shook my head so many times that I think
what's left of my
puny brain got
smashed against my skull. How
dreadful. :( My supposed "
best" subjects were quite sad. And seems like I didn't know how to spell "
occurrence" and "
perceived". So
appalling. But I told myself since I didn't
really study hard enough I shouldn't expect so much, but oh well. Spelling mistakes are
such a
waste of marks. "

After all, neither success nor failure was ever final.
